Not bad - lightsome bright design good content placement good content organization some details like lines and page numbers you could do more interesting and modern.
This design is divided up too much. You have little squares on the right column, a container for you content area, containers within your content area and then your footer is a bunch of small containers. It's making everything feel broken up and disjointed.
There's a lot of interactivity on the site, which is good. I like the slideshow. But, I think the 'more' links in the right column should be placed at the bottom of the text box, not in the heading area.
I think you may want to consider tweaking the headings a little. It looks like the Fore Patients is a heading 1, Patient Services a heading 2, and What's New a heading 3, but they aren't that distinguishable. The 3rd level is bolder than the 2nd, but may be the same size.
Bring the green into the footer to make the bottom a little more interesting.
Anything else... : I think the colors you use don´t mix properly. For example you have in the first layout two different greens that should not be used so close to each other. Then the menu green and the orange are very saturated but you use desaturated and gray images in between them.
Yup. Initially proposed the standard corporate green but the client opted for a variation of it as they felt it was too much.
The main piece with the gray images is actually a flash piece, sort of like a kwiks banner. The images will be colored when a user mouseover them.
i like the color scheme with orange and creen, but with the blue links and the much colorful pictures in your teaser the site becomes a little bit confusing for the visitor i think.
