The idea is cute, it looks clean and nice. I love your logo and I would go deeper with some cliches. I would grab myself some underwater or bubble-pictures from istock (etc) and would integrate them in die black background. Not too obvious, just 20% or less. This would give it a nice touch.

Interesting way to fill the screen. I'm not really sure I would change much to be honest with you. Keep it up.

I really like the big navigation bar and the little additional Info bits under it fit in well.

I also like the cut out type pattern that separates the black and white.

The design is fairly original. Great work!

I think the large black area really pushes the white off the page. Its a good design but you might want to make it a little more even. The flow feels very solid though and the black and white really catch your eye in their own way.
