    text adjustments

Solid layout overall. I love the theme buttons at the top both as a design element and for the functionality.

While I like the use of text justification from a bird's eye view, I'm not fond of the actual readability in narrow columns like you have on the front page. Since you're also the site editor, you can mitigate this somewhat with careful word choices, but I already see a few lines that look odd to me.

Your paragraph spacing on the home page creates an uneven vertical rhythm between the columns. If you make it a multiple of your line-height you can enhance the unity of the design and let it breathe a bit more. (try a p margin of 1.5em to see what I mean)

The line height in your headline text is very tight. This can work for a short sentence, but for a full paragraph the covers the entire width of your site, it gets tiring.

Thank you very much, I'm going to look into adjusting the headline text and paragraph spacing. Again thank you great feedback.

    Not bad

This isn't a bad start but there are some things that bother me about this design:

    1. Cut the amount of content.
    2. Make your logo stand out more
    3. Use more line spacing
    4. Pick a different background texture. You can barely tell that you have a texture and when you see it, you're not sure what it is.

I think these changes will get you on your way to a better design, hope it helps!

    Complementary and more whitespace!

Posted on Mar 13, 2010 at 11:45 AM

Hey, I like the way you used the blue color and your contentdesign is nice too but there has to be more whitespace! The spaces between logo and welcoming-text, the different categories (web design, web developement, marketing) are too close to eachother too. Try to make more space. Theres too much use of white too. Try to use monochromatic versions of your blue or take some complementary colors. There has to be more spice :)

a little bit of color on internal pages

Good use of typograph, I like the minimalist concept. The third image (blog/stream) doesn´t has images, looks boring. At all is very good. I would aprove!

    Mostly everything

The header is crammed up and no proper structure. The colors too can be changed to something better. Good luck, this has potential!

An you elaborate on the header being crammed up, I personally don't see what you mean.

On the 1st page, the menu, logo and the welcome text all are a bit crammed together. It is hard to tell the difference between the menu and the welcome text, as they have similar colors and font. Just my 2 cents

Your right it does need a little more spacing, I'm going to correct this. Thanks
