I understand that copying is easier than working out a logo yourself. But this is almost a exact copy of the Wordpress logo.
Try to be more creative with the design. For example:
Get the "W' out of the circle and make it part of the "http://www" phrase.
Try to get the wentros text on the same line
Good luck!
I really don't see using the Wordpress logo as a way to go legally.
The wordpress thing now goes without saying. But pay attention to the rest of your logo as well. Spacing (kerning) on the main logo is very jagged and unbalanced. Most design applications will give you the ability to change the spacing per letter, and more often than not, with logos, you need to do some touching up.
It might be best to start all over with this one. Watch your kerning too, Wentros is spaced out wayyy too far and doesn't look like one word.
As has already been said this shouts Wordpress at me. Though more importantly it says little else, what's the purpose of your company? Should it not tie into your business?
