    Design

The design feels dated, reminds me of a free template. The top nav looks confusing and the purpose of the site is not immediately obvious. The colour scheme doesn't convey the right emotion for me, I feel like I'm on a drab financial site instead of being drawn into exciting properties and wanting to become part of it. Bigger and bolder images would help this site stand out from the crowd.

The design is very complex. I would defenitely start with sorting your design to less links and text. Try to focus on your customer. The "special offer" is an advertation right? Try to keep this as small as possible.

I think the header is too high, try to focus your most important information on the topleft of your design (as this is the first what visitors will see)

      Good luck! :)

Thanks for your replies. Special offer is an advertising.

Hi Jim, We are still working to improve the design. What kind of color scheme could convey the right emotion for you ? Thanks for your help.

Again, this looks pretty dated just like your last concept. Very segmented and looks like you are designing off of a table. The colors are also pretty harsh and don't really say "Realty" to me.
