Keep it simple, I really like the first concept you have. I really wouldn't change anything on it, I think it works really well!
You've got a good start here, but it could use some work to make it a nice solution.
First of all, get rid of the silly glare and strokes, they add nothing to your design.
Second, the shining star on the first "O" could be integrated better into the typography. Perhaps it could become the counter of the letter or appear to break the letter instead of sitting on top or behind it. Right now it looks like a cartoon explosion.
maybe you should change the shape of the star
I really like the third one (with the spark). Looks good.
Try sticking with a single accent (stroke/bevel, reflection). I'm leaning towards stoke / bevel.
I'd say the 3rd one is best, followed by the 1st one. The others are a little outdated now, they look like web 2.0 icons and logos which is not hip anymore.
I love the concept.
Brilliantly done! Kudos to you.
BTW may I know what font you used?
OK, many thanks for you , and for everyone gave his feedback on this project ..
about the fonts: 1. " Levenim MT " for ( nova ) with varies tracking characters and stroke '4px'. 2. "Verdana" Regular for ( unlimited engineering )
that's all.
I don't like the explosion on 4 and 5. My only comment would be that looking at the logo and marketing line, I have no idea what you do. How does the logo relate to RMS/ARM/CRM, it could equally be for a structrual engineering company.
I like the last one. The star sign makes it look very interesting and attention grabbing
I actually like the first design as i feel that would translate well onto any media, be it digital or print. You could also potentially use different colors without drastically affecting the brand identity. Its clean and that makes it versatile at a lot of different sizes and purposes. What i would like to suggest is adding the spark from 4 and integrating it into 1 but maintaining the clean look minus the gloss. In my opinion this would allow you to keep the logo versatile.
I like the idea of the blueprint with the grid like you have on your website. That would look great integrated with your logo.
Two suggestions for you. One, make sure that you make a black-and-white version of this logo for invoices, photocopies, etc.
You might also want to make a square logo. Favicons and other online social media websites usually most readily accept square logos.
You're off to a good start here.
I would go for the 3rd. although the color and gradiant and filling feels to web 2.0 to me, I would go for less "shine" and no border line around the font. Perhaps you can indeed incoperate some grid inside your logo but it should be very light, perhaps with your logo less is more! I like the font it feels timeless and abstract.
I like option 3. It's sharper without the white stroke and I'm not sure how the shining star contributes to the design. The only constructive feedback I have is in regard to the 'A' in nova. Although I like the font, the 'A' can easily be perceived as an 'O'. Good work!
Ok 3 is the best, but I still think you need to tweak it some more!
Overall a vast improvement Good work!
We've chose the 1st one ;)
Thanks.
