I'm glad that you can achieve a blissful state, but I think using religious words and iconography to market unrelated merchandise is offensive. I am not a Buddhist, but if I knew the borrowing that was going on with this brand I would not buy it because I would find it so disrespectful.
Since I didn't know the Sanskrit word, I thought the brand name was some play on "body" or "bod" + "hi" or "body" + "high", which could be saying something about being high in the air or high on drugs but is mostly just confusing.
I like where this is headed. I think you need to lost the script text in the middle of the "o". I know you want the meaning but I think there is enough meaning in the word you chose. Also, keep working with the "Snowboards" word. It doesn't really flow very well. Maybe make it less 3d?
I would lose the reflection.
I thought the first B was a D at first too, probably because the bottom corner is cut off.
I don't know what it is but this doesn't say snowboard to me, more for a well being centre or something.
I like what you have done with the font, glad you flipped the B, it now marries up with the triangle from the I better.
Not keen on the snow flake, looks busy compared to the text, and is also a little unimaginative if i'm being honest.
I prefer the circles, but think that the middle ones are too many, keep it to three thicker ones at most.
In general, I think the name of your company is pretty strong and unusual, so does it really need all the over bits cluttering it up and getting in the way of what you are trying to say in your brief. Keep it simple!!
I quite like the effects you put on the top design, but I guess those can be applied to the chosen one at the end if needed, better to concentrate on the look rather than adding glitter at this stage.
