    The layout

    Cute idea and I like that it's playful. You stuck to one color (or 2 if you count white) and that's a good thing for printing versatility.

    My main concern or advice would be to somehow make the logo a bit more encapsulated. Right now the "The Everyday" text at the top doesn't look like it belongs.

    I also pulled it into photoshop and noticed that your W edge does not align with the edge of the letter E which makes it even more distorted.

    I might be getting picky here, so I'll stop. :) Hope this helps.

    The hanging "The Everyday" text

    Like the concept. Again, I'd create a version with some extra shading and gradients, for depth.

    It's always good to have a few versions. Check out www.logopond.com for inspiration.

    I think perhaps think about what your company is trying to achieve. Web means different things to different people - SEO to some, design to others. So maybe try to incorporate a word or phrase that gives a visitor some idea of what you do.
