    Your best concept

This is the best concept that I have seen you post on this site. Here are a couple suggestions to make the site even better:

    1. Remove the drop shadow from the nav bar and wrap it around the page
    2. Remove the drop shadow on your header image and don't divide the image like you have. Make it one long seamless image.
    3. Alignment in content area. Your content area has some alignment issues. Work off of a box model and make sure everything lines up.
    4. For the three boxes on the right, choose colors that match the design better.
    5. The subheading at the top to the right of your logo should be aligned all the way right or seated under the logo in a small font. Right now it is centered and looks strange.

Good work here, I love what you have done so far!

Pictures at the top - keep it to one

I would make the top pictures carussel and keep them one at a time - it is very confusing with so many images tight in your face. You can't seem the tell what they are when they are so narrow anyway - keep it simple and smooth, less is more ;-)

    Alignment issues

I agree with Nate and Mathias about a single image in the header. I also agree about wrapping the navigation around the content.

    1. I feel like the text at the top of the center column is tied with the image on the left. If this is the case, then this should be clear. May a border or background. Just something to separate it.

    2. The three boxes on the right don't feel like they fit the design very well. You have some great texture in the top background yet these are very smooth looking. I would try to add some texture and refine the color choices to better match the earth tones you are using elsewhere.

I am definitely enjoying this design though! Good work.

The use of shadows is overdone. Wrong alignment in the content box. The title in the header should be aligned too. The position of the text must have some logic. Too much orange variations.

    I cannot see the footer.
