Personally the design doesn't say 'Organic' to me at all. It feels more like a bank or investment firm.
More greens and earth tones and real images might help bring life into the design.
Good job on the clean and clear layout though!
I would change the color to a more "organic" scheme.

This looks like a CMS design to me, not an organic design. Its nice and orderly, Thats ok. The brown is too heavy. Think about more color, different color, lighter color, maybee some rough edge in between, something to get this design out of its orderly shape a bit. Give it a spark.

It's not bad for a simple 3 column layout. It gets the job done. Aside from the design, there are dozens of html warnings that should be cleaned up to avoid cross-browser issues. see - http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=www.multipleorganics.com%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0
This is far too segmented and broken up. It looks a bit old school as well. Try to open up the design by bringing some of the elements of of their confined structure. The colors are also working against you. Having the dark colors on the outside like you have, is making this feel even more confined. Keep working on this.
The layout looks a little bit old fashioned.
The rest is awesome, and I like better this one version with white news feed bg.
I like very much that kind of clean and simple designs. And what is the most important. I would become your client after seeing that website. Usable and aesthetic.
