It's very professional and nice.
It's also a bit too cold. It looks like you are selling software. The sites in the top and portfolio section are all similar and sparse and serious.
Some suggestions:
Maybe come up with a warmer logo - Your logo is a bit harsh.
The colours - red, blue and black - are also a bit cold.
Find some other work of yours that looks different - you definitely have a style but it seems like you have one style.
It's a great site and you should be proud - my site is awful and I'm redesigning right now and desperately need help!

That's the first thing your visitors see, so I would keep everything the way it is, except in a more compact form, so you'd have the portfolio, services and the process in one row, each with links to their individual pages.
People usually scan through pages, so if they see too much at first, they might be turned off. Give them a small amount and let them chew on it at their own pace. Otherwise a great design.

There is a lot that is done very well on this, however, i think overall you have flooded it with too many different elements. When you look at all the different elements, they can stand on their own. However, in grouped together in a site like this is just bit much. I would simplify things considerably.

I can't find anything that I would change on this design. I might do it differently, but you've pulled off this simplistic feel brilliantly :)

A really really great site my friend. Well done. Clean and simple.
If anything I would say that one of the sections could have an image or color background to help separate you page a bit. But you'd have to be careful as it would be really easy to move backward in your design at this point.
