I think this has some work to do, but the general direction is good. Here is what I would do.
- Separate the logo from the navigation and place the logo in the upper left.
- Get rid of the guy in the chair and form a more normal content area
I think what I like about this is the background and texture that you have used. I think in general, the layout needs a lot of work.

this is a great start. i am not a big fan of the logo, not sure if you can change it or not. try pick a different font for navigation and add some color to it. the guy is not working for me, i do not see the purpose of him.

I don't know if you can change the logo, but something cool would be to connect the H with the G and have a dot instead of the horizontal line for the H and a dot for the horizontal line for the G. I agree with the other comments, that I don't quite know what the purpose of the man is other than he must be Timofeev (?). It would be a more engaging shot for their annual report. Although the impression is very tranquil and serene, I'm not sure if it is ideal for a "creative" inspired company. It looks more fitting for a bank or insurance company. I do like the colours and the space provided. Clive

I definitely agree with clive on the logo. I think he has a great idea there.
I would lessen the opacity of the HG behind 'Hasloo Group' as it is a bit overwhelming right now.
The combination of the man and the road is a very secure, relaxing feel. Without knowing what the text says I cannot say whether it works or not.
A very good design overall, it all depends on whether you are going for 'secure' and 'relaxing' or not.

Nice texture background. I think you could improve menu style and separate it from the logo. The layout below could be better arranged. You could add one more color.
Good first impression but it seems it's unfinished.

Really like the longing and imaginative ambient of that page. As this is a creative agency page - imaginative feel fits perfect, I am not so sure about longing feel.. It would be great for a writer page.
