It looks to me that the word (Laura Blalock) are a little too close to the LB. Try moving them a little to the right.

Good palcement of the letter "L" and "B".
The gap center gap between "Laura" and "Blalock" is to much. What you could do is get them a lill closer and then constrain the "L and B" text to its height.

My feedback is pretty much the same as the last logo. This one is slightly better, but the stacking, formatting, and imagery that you are using isn't working. You need to try some different directions in my honest opinion.
