I would choose V2, i like V1 but it looks to much like a super hero symbol for an art studio, lol.
It owuld be good to see you work from 2 and add some colour and design to it.

The beginning is always the hardest with trying to create new branding. I will say that I like the "m" in the first concept. I would try working off of that and see what you can come up with. In general though, I think you need to keep working.

I reckon v2 could deff go somewhere, I'd start looking at that and what you can do with the negative space and overlapping lines. good start,

Okay, now make five more drawings on two of these variations :p If this is classic and modern art piece productions I don't see the fit. Modern and classic are rivals, I think that might be something interesting to play on. Roman Antiquity vs Dada? I would need to have a better understanding of the company.
Black and Orange? Was that the client's request because i am thinking halloween here. You shouldn't really even be pinning down a color yet, your setting barriers for yourself and you have just started. I feel like your abstract direction could work since you have what seems to be a company that is going to be hard to pin point a look that completely sums it up, but it will be fun to try to. ^_^
I think as of now number two and three have the most potential but don't be afraid to trash the all or none in the end you've only just started. Four variations isn't nearly enough to organize your thoughts but you have a great start.

this will be a long and difficult .. ok 1st i know the firm coz i'm part of it which makes it easy to understand the subject but the design is still difficult for me ;) classic and modern coz the firm is working for nowadays art fairs as Basel art fair and for sculptors in my own coutry which are defined more into classic field.

I feel like I've seen these logos before! But if I was going for one... it would definitely be the second one... followed by No.1!
