This wont hold up in various media. The lines will not pop. The typography work isn't thorough. The mark (the waves) aren't integrated with the text
...with the electric wave and all. As I understand HR this needs more "human".
As some have said, lines are too thin. but kinda interesting. Needs more work, color etc. Also don't quite understand how the "W" is working. Could be cool but again needs more refinement
There is a gap between the type and the emblem. I'd like to see these two merge. Also, the emblem needs to become more pronounced -- try thickening the lines, or infilling the circle.
Nice start -- I like how the waves interface with the circle.
I'm not sure that his really works for your purposes. It feels more like an earthquake detection company rather than an "hr solutions company". I would start over on this one unfortunately. I just don't think it is working...
The "w" symbol does not work.
it feels like strings, waves. Also try using a better font and the line is also not required.
do not get me wrong i like the idea I'm just not sure about the logo... it needs to connect with the rest , it has to connect somehow with the typo...
I think this design has some problems. The first one is limitation in size. If you make this smaller, it breaks apart. The subline will be unreadable, the waves break into pieces. Try make it bolder.
Apart from that,to me, it doesn't give me the feeling of human resources. But that's perhaps only me.
Good Originality. I like the font for the webflows.
It seems to me that the "W" does not really represent HR. It actually reminds me of something for radio frequencies.
Thank you for letting me comment on your work.
Mike
I'll give Kevin some props here. He is right.
Also the logo looks like it's not finished. It looks like a hospital brand here in the UK. I would work on the logo, perhaps put some different idea up.
It doesn't shout HR to me. More like an old fashioned internet company.
I quite like the font you have used here it just needs beefing up so be legible at smaller sizes.
You have to realise the applications of the logo while designing, where will it be used, what it will be used on, how different colour/grayscale/b&w versions will be used etc.
Hope I haven't been overly critical, just honest.
I'm always looking forward to seeing the next step in the development.

I like the idea, and I like the typefaces you've chosen.
Why not try moving the w down and working out a way for the right side ending of the w(s) to join onto the line the currently underlines the title. It would feel a bit more integrated and you could play about with perhaps using the visual w as the first letter of the name. I think you could go somewhere with this :)
is this still the draft? or the final product? im confused..
