Very Nice! Great job and original. The only thing I question is how it will look in grayscale. Will you be able to get the same feel when in black and white?

my only critique is how well does it scale smaller, in case you want to show it in small tile ads, or have icons, etc. Otherwise, very creative.

would try other font. and maybe same perspective (drop shadows) on all letters?

I probably wouldn't change anything, but if i had to pick something it would probably be the ellipse under the 4 and I personally feel that studio" really need the right typo because as of now 4 attract the eye, however, doesn't seems to have the same punch as I feel in the 4.

Execution is splendid. When I first saw it I was trying to figure out the connection between studio 4 and a color blindness test. Then I got over it and really enjoyed the logo.

yes, "retro but modern" - lends to respectability and experience...try it without the green and orange behind letters, 's', 't' and 'u'...

I think you have done an amazing job. It says a lot in a very creative way. I will only get rid of the coloured background on the text for the B/W, MONO version. So it won't look as an error

This is excpetional work in every way.

I especially love the fact that the coloured backdrop of the word studio goes in different directions instead of being just a correctly placed shadow in a different colour.

The only thing that I would probably change is the top cyan spot on the d - it looks like a mistake and like it shouldn't be there. You should either erase it or make it a little bigger (like the one on the dot of the i) and give it a shape more resembling the letter that it comes from.

Apart from this, nothing I could think of.

Hi! I like your logo, there's a little 70's spirit and I love it. If I should change something, it will be the background gradient clors and the 4 shadow too visible.

It's a great looking logo. I might consider removing the red / green shadow and as an alternative, use a red / green in one of the letters. Like make the "t" red / green instead of black.

even if your studio is 4 id give it a rating of all 5! very beautifully done! nice job!! ^_^

I'm not sure if it's intentional but the drop shadow's lighting angle shift from above to below in the word studio, seems a little akward since the "4" doesn't behave consistently.

Overall, it's a really nice concept and i love the colors.

I don't think it would translate well in B&W. Also, why are the blue and red oriented toward from the top on the "S" and from the bottom on the "O"?

I think this is really great. My only comment would be to either soften or slim out the shadow under the 4... it looks a bit heavy.

Love this. Colours are great. I would lighten the background beige a touch, and I would soften the ellipse/shadow. Very minor criticism, would still look great if you didn't change it.

This is a very beautiful logo, definitely very modern and artistic looking while still maintaining professionalism.

Overall I like it. It's really clean. You could tweak the shadow to be a little more realistic, but it works as is.

I think it's great. Though I wonder how it looks smaller and at distance.

I like the llok and the feel of the number four, but the shading behind the letters in "studio" are a distraction. Maybe I am missing something, but I don't see what they accomplish and they might even look like smudges if this logo gets reduced to a small scale and printed, especially in black and white. For that matter, the same could be said of the dots in the number four. They might bleed together visually as this logo gets smaller

Kerning for the word STUDIO. May consider the 4 being on its own and having the word STUDIO4 at the bottom separately.

Fresh and welcome to see. I like it due it gives you a good feeling. Maybe I would try to study more options for the shadow of number 4. I like the colours too, no too agressive.

I think you have a great color scheme going, enjoy the concept. Would like to possibly see more of the blueish green color behind the "U" its the only one that doesn't have that color, other than that great job!

Nice logo, not the usual web 2.0 glossyness which is nice.

I personally like the second one more. maybe you could try moving the shadow more to the right, I have the feeling it might make more sense to the eye to see the darkest part of the shadow to the closest point of the object, (the horizontal bar of the 4 is 'further' away than the base.. worth a try maybe,

The logo is amazing, it's modern and professionnal.

i think this is a great design. very soft yet professional. the "4" is brilliant.

the font you used in relationship to the "4" is perfect match of conservative with edgy.

the only question i have is with the placement of the shadows on the "studio". would it be better to have it all in one location (bottom, bottom right, top, etc..). i agree there is some optical illusion - especially since the colors are most similar to that of old 3D pictures (do i need 3D glasses for this?).

the softened shadow looks great under the 4. much better to show grounding. i even like the soft dissolve around the logo itself.

With current background it is not very pleasing to the eyes.

Hi nice logo, one thing I must say that.. wont it be good if you could minimize the dots count to create "4".. cause I was thinking .. when this would get smaller.. then how it would work!

I think it's a fantastic logo, and I like the second one with the blurred shadow. I also like the vintage color style.

One thing though, when I first saw it (without having read the description) I thought this was done for a motion graphics or animation studio, cos' the logo it's very dynamic and shows up some sort of movement.

Another thing is that reminded me to the sight exams for color blinded persons and 'Antiparticle' logo style.

Another thing, why is the studio called 'Studio 4' ?
