Its really a very nice logo. I love the font.

The only thing you might want to experiment would be the lines.

Funnily enough that's what has been giving me hell. I've been through every combination of lines and embellishments my computer can think of. My brain turned off hours ago, and I'm finding it hard to jump start it.

Nice of you to notice those bloody lines. That really does mean I have more to do. Damn it!

I like it, and personally I wouldn't touch the lines! It's got a good, professional feel and all I'd suggest is to increase the kerning on the word 'scallops' as the L and the O are too close together and it could all benefit from some more 'breathing space'.

Also, is 'dived' a real word? Would 'picked' be more suitable? Dove? Doven? Diven? Diveded?

Apparently dived is an intransitive verb, and it does exist. I just checked it out. But I understand what you mean. There must be a better two words than 'hand dived'. I'll get onto the client and ask. I used it because it's used in the town I live in by fishermen, but I'm not too sure about it's use in the wider world. I think the best idea is to ask some chefs which name they would use.

I'll be taking a look into the other aspects you mentioned.

      Thanks.
