    line height and image border

This works. The only suggestions I have are to make the get quote button blue (so it differs from the active navigation marker), use a thinner, light blue border around the image in the welcome area, and increase the line height of the text to about 20px. Good job.

    Looking good

This is looking good, here are few things though:

    1. Put the plane behind the parking sign.
    2. Make the white box on top of the clouds, semi transparent.
    3. Add some sort of stroke/drop shadow to the blue cloud bar.
    4. Increase the top and bottom spacing. Choose a different color stroke on the image.
    5. Work on your footer. The footer feels a little forgotten and sparse.

This is great work so far, keep it up.

    looks professional

Hi there my instant review and feeling of this site is one of let me check it out and get my car parked in a safe place so on the design front you've done a great job. I also think that with these kinds of airport sites its extremely important to make it EASY to use and by the looks of it it seems fairly straight forward and simple to get on with. The only thing I would suggest changing would be the plane, perhaps moving away from the parking side. Other than that the colors work and i would use this site if i was a driver.

    hmmm

Sorry but I don't see the DESIGN here. A stock photo header, a logo and a simple menu. You mean clean but not poor. Clean could be stylish too. The site is just boring content and two pictures. "QuickQuote" box should be better aligned. Too much white space, too much air. Only two colors are used in the whole site. The padding and the alignment of the buss photo are wrong. The plane is just put there without any logic

    Background

Very simple and straightforward. However it just feels very standard. I think you should play more with the background and use other ways to divide sections instead of just horizontal bars.
