This is a bit too out there for me. It also doesn't work as you would expect it to. The repeated white box images on the left look like additional pages but you can't click on them. The red and green circles at the top look like buttons as well, but aren't. The green "indie shirts" looks like a button but doesn't function how you wanted it too. Instead of bringing up indie shirts designs it brings up an email sign up.
I would say try and make this site fit the mold of a regular site more. It feels very out there and doesn't function like you want it to. Hope that helps, let me know if you are still left with questions.
i think the shadows are too much strong. Abuse of oblique lines, good in background bad in content.
Too much 2.0 design
the tshirt icon on the upper right corner? The left side of the main content?
I see in FF at 1600 x 1200 The main content isnt centered: center hor, and vert.
The logo must be in the bottom of the page.
I dont understand the oblique in background and content, and circular shapes in popup.
The design is elaborated, but not in the right way
thanks for the comments! I agree with you, elaborated but in the wrong way...
you have a lot of patterns going on and a very heavy drop shadow. i am not really sure what the site is about and what you are trying to achieve. are you selling shirts? custom prints?
Something like that. In any case just concepts and concepts ! Thanks for the input!
I think it would much cleaner without the illusion of background pages. It feels like it is almost pulling your head to the left when the focus should be the button on the right.
Also, what is the function of the little t-shirt icon in the top right?
Yeah, I agree. The several background pages attract too much attention to the left...
The little icon is just a quick link or at least, planned to be.
Left justify on a widescreen=bad. Also the contrast in the background is too much- which again is a problem that becomes more pronounced on a large screen.
Thanks for pointing out details Nate!
