I would get rid of one of the two hearts. I would keep the one behind the banner and dump the one next to the message. Perhaps a car picture with the proper processing might work.

Overall looks good. I would remove the heart line divider and replace with a regular line divider. Also, use a different heart image rather than repeating what you have in the header. Good start here.

I liked the original idea. Only thing I would love to see a change in would be the spacing between the main text, and more use of RED colour to make it brighter.

Its too straight, how bout making it curvier? I think that would incorporate it into the design a litte more. Have it S-curve from New Website up into the bottom left of the copy. Either that or make it completely straight and wider... it just seems like its kinda floating right now
