The pink looks a little bright compared to the rest of the navigation. I'm not sure green is a good color for this site because of the purpose. Here is something I found: "Warm and hot colors will encourage people to eat more, which translates to revenue. Virtually all logos, advertisements and menus of fast food chains feature these colors, which is no accident. Companies rely on the extensive research that has been done in this field, to get the most for their advertising dollars."

I particularly don't like the green or logo. With food and catering I would use warmer colors such as a brown or reds. I think you should also incorporate more serif fonts.
I do thought very much like the three pictures in the middle and how you laid them out.
The logo isn't part of my job. So I can't really do much to that. The green used on the call-to-action is using logo's color for consistency. I'm going to experiment with serif fonts and different colors.
Thanks!
I agree to some point that the colors could be a bit warmer but I would not break my head too much with it, because Cater Trading is not targeting the end consumer. In general, I think the color mix makes the site not very appealing, the green and the dark pink do not work well together and also the yellow background does not work too well for me. However, what I would definitely change is the description of the food products. Again, you are not speaking to the end consumer and you are not in fine foods and gourmet products, therefore "reviving your taste buds" is a bit far fetched in my opinion, may be you take this up with your client (if you have any influence on this) and suggest to focus on practicality and "easy to make and easy to sell" type of thing. In the end, however, I think it serves your stated purpose, it looks clean and professional.
Thanks for the review.
I agree with the color selection. I'll experiment on that part.
Regarding the content, I get what you're saying. The website needs to focus on the target users rather than consumers.
This to me looks like some sort of IT Website. You need to give this a much more rich look. It needs to be warm and inviting instead of cold and sterile. I'd say that this is a redesign unfortunately. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks for the review Nate. Can you give me some examples of what kind of rich look you're talking about? A like would do. :)
The following is a great example of what I am talking about:
http://www.cupcakesgourmet.com/
It looks rich, appetizing and inviting. When you are promoting a food service, you need to make people mouth water and that website does a great job of it. They use dark colors, soft design elements and rich tempting photography.
logo looks from the '90, i like what you did with the 3 articles, but add a little more spice to it
I'll experiment with the pink color. The idea is to give it a prominent look because it's the only call-to-action on this website.
Regarding green being bad for fast food chains etc., Cater Trading provides services to Fast Food chains and is not a consumer engaging company itself. I like your thoughts and I'll definitely incorporate your ideas.
Thank you very much for taking your time.
