I like the colors and I think the design as a whole is quite nice.

I think you may be able to drop the DODEA MISSION and VIRTUAL HIGH SCHOOL VISION since it is a bit redundant given the large heading at top and bottom. then fill that area with a wider paragraph that runs along the top and bottom of the inner content. It may not work, but I find myself struggling to read the paragraphs since they have line breaks after every 2 or three words.

I think that's a great idea. I will test that out in the morning, I bet it will balance it out -- the small column was bugging me but I couldn't think where to put the text besides there!

      Thanks!

Try the angles of the "pill"

maybe instead of a straight line in the middle, make that a curve similar to your arrows and break it diagonally? May or may not work!

Other than that I think it's a great improvement to your other version.

I can't even tell you how much better this looks. You took this design to where it needed to go! Looks great, love the texture and the colors. Very well done!

I think you did a great job revising your last concept. I really like the way you've made the main part of the poster pop off the page. Great work.. (sorry I have no other feedback.. I think it works great)

No negative feedback. Concept carried on very well. Color are too good for a poster.

You deserve to be a excellent designer.

    Same size mission and vision

Posted on Jan 15, 2010 at 11:58 AM

Are the fonts the same size for the two headings?

I understand the eed to use the "identity" colors and think they work well with the layout. Iove the curved divider - the straight line is too plain. The way the main content pops out is much nicer, and the textured frame around the whole concept isolates the content well.

I know this is much smaller than the final version, but how will the white text transfer to the printed poster? right now it seems a little week.

Other than that great work - as usual :-)

They aren't ;) You are the first to catch that. It was a mistake - but it's been fixed for the copy given to VS. I haven't printed full size yet, but I'll let you peek and give feedback when I print it!

      Thanks martin

      (nice pic!)
