It's a good start, I would probably ditch the bg swirl and the 'we provide you decide'

tighten up the kerning a bit, make the text black and the x (one half red the other half orange)

This is a pretty good start. As others have mentioned, I'd remove the large S as well as the 'We provide, you decide' slogan. Change the nexus word to a darker gray or black and the bottom half of the x to your company color blue. Then, you could try to increase the size of the x if you want to add more emphasis. Otherwise, the half colored X will be good enough.

I think it is a bit too greyish. Try to set the font in bold and light blue and remove the "we provide...", because if you reduce the size, you won`t be able to read that anymore.

I would keep the background like it is. But it should`t produce too much noise. So with blue letters it could work.

Perhaps make the "x" bigger than the rest, so it is outstanding.
