Get rid of the background... It doesn't fit at all, and doesn't look good.
Those three boxes near the bottom have to be more interesting than just gray and an image.
Other than that, you've got pretty much the same thing you've had with the past few revision. You could try something completely different than what you have now to work on more concepts.

Get rid of the background asap. It makes this site busy and grungy. Keep going for the super clean look. I don't mind everything except the bottom three squares. They feel forgotten about and unfinished.

yes I could, but as it happens the 'man' (my boss) has signed it off, and wants me to start building it...
the concrete background was more of a play, i'll probably just put in a grey to white gradient.
