This looks very dated the tricky box has been done to death . The colors and the word/font visionary could be the start the sub headers again are 1998.
I would not invest a lot of time in this one.
Well I think that symbol has really had its time but if you think it will work who am I to say -the tag line mainly a font problem -if you can bring the box to life I think the tag will be relatively easy.
Hi Metin,
I agree with Robert's assessment that this looks dated in form, not just coloration. That doesn't work for your concept at all, since "Visionary" really indicates something forward looking.
Web 2.0 is a lot smoother and 3-D.
Hope that helps.
but the rest is pretty dated…
the font is boring, sorry Metin it's just a tad dull, I would use a lowercase sans serif...
I like the box, it's old school but cool
Good Luck!
i have seen ur prev jobs they are way ahead of this one..
for me its bit boring may be because of lack of color.. i too didnt understand why u have used this complicated box in the middle...
Yeah you're right. This just might be my worst concept ever. I liked at first sight, but now I dislike it.
thanks.
I like the concept of doing some sort of "MCEsher" 'esk type of logo. But I don't think the execution of this logo is working. The word in the logo should be the most prominent, but instead the object is taking the attention. Your colors also feel a bit random and thrown in. If you're going to use color you need to pull it all the way through the logo.
It's a start, but I'd like to see the word, "Visionary" pop-out more. It should be bold, strong, and sharp. Right now, the white with gray stroke on a light gray background isn't enough.
The web, graphic, and branding words should align with something. Play around with them so they look like the belong. Maybe you span them across the entire bottom. Or, you could right align and stack them, then place the box just to the left of those words. The box could also use some color.
Hej Robert,
thanks for the thought. do you think this would work if i put some colours on the box and replace the tagline with something else?
thanks.
