I trying to develop a logo for an online survey panel site. (the brand and site will follow)
It basically a site where people register to do surveys for independent market research. The can share their opinions and manage their rewards.

I like #3 the best. I just don't think the small 2 works in the others because it is associated with squared.

My feedback from the last version still stands. Decrease the kerning and put the "2" somewhere else. You could also add some sort of white stroke with a light drop shadow.

As a logo design I think No. 1 is great I'm just not keen on the verbiage ?
I assume it means "your opinion matters" and well it's reaching.
If you have control of the wording I suggest
U speak we listen
with the body icon replacing the i in listen
and if that makes you lots of money I want you to remember your fans.

I like that the person is contained within the "o" in the first word. Nice creative use of the negative space. I agree with the other comments about the "2" being kerned closer to the other text. It appears that you may be on a time crunch and trying to just throw something together really fast. Take some time and do a lot of thumbnails. I'm not sure that the current logo is the best solution to your design problem. Try a completely different approach to this logo and see how it works out. Who knows, you may combine both designs to make something fantastic!
