Overall this is a great design for the purpose. Yes, it's a little busy and loud, but that's what you'd expect with a sweepstakes page! I really think you've done an excellent job with this design.
I would play a little more with the "maximum prize value" text. It looks a little off. Maybe make everything, except the dollar amounts, smaller?

Design and colors where good. But soo many busy element but the main price element is not highlighted well.
Over all good job..!!

You could really afford to custom design the clouds at the top of the page. It would really make this more appealing and "worth" looking at.

I know my rating is a bit harsh here but I think that the business is killing this site. I think you have some great elements within this design but it needs to simplified in a big way.
