I think thats a nice layout. but i would maybe move the menuline to right so that align with the right side of the television. I like the use of colours :)
I think it looks like a production company site. Videos seem to be more graphically rich than web sites so it fits to have a site with this much color.
I think you should add some sort of grid layout to this to line elements up. The "VIDEOGALLERY" header isn't lining up with the video boxes below it.
The spacing of all the images / video gallery items is really weird. Tight for images, really loose for the video gallery. And it was said, but the nav could be moved over to fit more in line with the video box at the top / 2nd column on the 2nd page.
I like the textured background and the horizontal rule with the D icon. I know people are using higher screen resolutions as the days go by, but I still would refrain from using such small text. You're going to lose a high percentage of users if they have to make any adjustments to read your text.
I'm not sure the contrasting two-tone titles are working. I would use white and light gray rather than white and red so the white doesn't receive so much emphasis.
I think this works even though it's pretty dark. The dark colors make it feel a bit more elegant. I think that you could use a little work on your typography. For example, next to the image on the homepage, the text feels forgotten and an afterthought. Try adding some text treatments and headings to make things more interesting. Wherever you have text, I would keep it at a minimum. Reading text on a dark background is pretty rough on the eyes.
