    Looks Familiar

I don't know what it is, but I feel like I've seen this somewhere before... I think a lot of it reminds me of the Envato websites (Freelance Switch, TutsPlus network, etc). Where did you draw your inspiration from?

The ghosted navigation doesn't fit with the rest of the site's design. Probably needs to be solid, metallic effect.

I know this will change with custom content, but why is "your" in "Welcome to your future website" a light weight as opposed to the rest of the line?

Have you thought about how links will be styled within the content? Might be good to provide examples of link, hover and visited states.

Visually, it is attractive, which accounts for the higher "Engagement" score. Nice job in paying attention to gradients and typography.

    Navigation

I like the colors (gray / red - a favorite combo of mine), but like Lauren said - need to work on the navigation.

The site is rendered in this flat 3d style, where everything looks like nested pages / slices of metal - and the navigation is this hovering translucent thing that doesn't really remind me of anything "real".

You have a really really clean and synthetic design - why not use a more organic navigation element, something that will contrast the rest.

    Nice but...

Nice, but navigation should be improved. Also: I think two different shades of gray are a little too much.
