    background

Posted on Dec 24, 2009 at 9:27 AM

The design is really nice, clean, and colorful. The only thing I saw was that the background doesn't tile correctly, so just gotta get that to work and I think it looks great.

The very top of the page with that jagged green may seem a little out of place since it's the only thing that isn't a clean straight line, but it doesn't really bother me.

Don't see the relation between the field grass in the background and the airplane in the middle.

Purpose solved - Tab options n colors are attractive, my only concern on the flight image, its more purposeful but it getting down the focus on tabs.

    Love the layout

Posted on Dec 29, 2009 at 10:45 AM

I love the layout, pictures and design of the main content area of this site. My main beef is with the background image. I would try and use something less literal and more abstract. It's also very busy in the background. The background pulls my attention more than the actual page.

    Needs a point of focus

Posted on Dec 29, 2009 at 3:03 PM

I like the design and the visuals. The imagery is strong but it lacks some focus and a clear call to action. I wouldn't know where to go to first. I'd consider moving the "flight booking" and other buttons to the right hand side. Eye tracking and click stream studies show that there is a better conversion rate when the calls to action are positioned on the top or mid right hand side of the site.

    background

Posted on Jan 04, 2010 at 1:45 PM

the background doesn'nt tile right on my large resolution.

I would look at centering the bg image, and maybe fading out the edges to a solid colour, as the image took a while to load as it it, so flipping it and repeating would take even longer to load.
