Looks good. Have you tried making the double S a little smaller height wise?

    The shape

I like the colors and the typography but the shape could be better I think. At the top and bottom you have hard edges but everywhere else on the object the edges flow. Work on curving the edges a bit more.

    a little stiff...

It seems a little hard edged. I like where you are going with the logo though. Try to make it a little more 3 dimensional. The typo looks a little plain. It needs a little more life without competing with your mark.

We got so much potential here. Just some ideas to help:

      • Typography can be improved. Look for some web2.0 fonts: http://designm.ag/resources/free-fonts-for-professional-design/

      • Like the idea of the logo but I think it should be more photorealistic. Ok its an illustration but the sadow and volumes must be realistic. Have try to work it on a 3D software and then take it to illustrator?

    Rajavel,

I love the S above sonic.

To me there seems to be a lot going on in this logo.

The first thing I wanted to check out was to see if that S you have represented above the word sonic actually matched the curves of the "S" in the word sonic. It is close and I really want them to belong together. Maybe if there is a way to use the exact S's curves it will link them together more than just by color.

Then I noticed the shape inside the "O" in "sonic" and the "C" are differently rounded. I wonder if you dumped the provided "c" offered in the typeface and if you made your own "C" from the "o" that it will match how a great typeface usually does.

Just few more things that may polish this logo, and thats to maybe bring the big "s" closer to your word "sonic".

Alignments between all three elements ( the big "s", the word "sonic" and the word "automation") I feel will cozy this logo up.

The "n" seems a bit distant to the "o" in automation.

( I really like many of the logos that you make. I'm sorry to have made so many tid bit comments. I am only trying to help from my perspective.)

    I like your color choices.
