I have made some changes to the original design. We lost the earth as too many thought it was too much.
Got rid of the boxes as we were't sure on those, and brought everything up a bit.
EDIT : Updated the banner images to a more solid state.

Again, good progress here. I think the stroke on the image bar could be smaller. You could also use some sort of shadow or texture on the blue bar to make it a tad bit more interesting. I love the changes on the nav, it looks really good! Great work Alan!

Really like the colors used and layout - would suggest trying different fonts for the text in upper right in keeping with the "cutting edge" look and feel...

I think that the other design is better than this. But I like the colors choice. I just think that the borders are strange... Try without the borders, just take them away and see it...

The site has definitely Improved and the logo is taking on a life of its own I like the right panel without gradient/contour.
I have to say its getting a little bit glossy for asset management no? They may of asked you for that of course but I'm thinking you may have to institutionalize it a bit like a bank or insurance company just an IMO don't hate me.

I like it ! , the menu is nice but you have to take the blur of the menu. the rest looks nice and the choice of color is ok. improve the quality of the logo and drop the background pattern
