I think example for is the best direction, though I don't think it's quite there yet. Play around with font sizes and the shape and size of the sun. The alignment is also throwing my off a bit as well. Keep working on it.

I like ex.3. It`s so positive. I think that logo good combining with slogan.

But I changing the color of background.

I like it, but I just think that this color isn't good enough. I like the tipography, but I just think that if you try to put something more hot can work better.

Try a wine tone..... just to give a try. Maybe a serious tone of red or brown can work fine. It's just a guess.

These are all a bit the same really, the colours make me automatically think of a hospital.

The font is not new, and it's really quite dull, try this:
