    Good start

This is a great start for someone who is unfamiliar with web design. It's a bit busy for my liking. I wouldn't put the circular textures in the background like you have. I would also try to find a different way to display the logos. They need be smaller and less prominent. I would also try and liven up the navigation at the top. Like I said, great start, just keep working with the design.

    Nice start!

This is really nice start. I like the colors, but there is a question: do these colors suit all the brunches of the company? I know how hard it is for the first time to arrange all the things that you think so important, but maybe you make a special field where you can put all the logos. Concept is good! Keep going :)

each colors is a technical area, each area have 1 or more companies that works for it, that's why all these logos. ex. Yellow box = adv and web marketing. We have our company (Semline) collaborating with Intarget.

It's a companies group web site, all the logos rapresent the companies working around each area of interest (the boxes). I've some problem rapresenting all these logos...

    I feel a little confuse

I just don't know where to look first. I think that if you just put them with a thin and gradient line to separate them will be better.

The line needs to get from above the logo and all the way down to the descripion.

The colors aren't helping at all. I think that a lot of tones don't express the idea. Just the logos are ok.

If the website was in a ligth grey mode and the logos were blank or dark grey and just get coloured when you roll over the mouse, can work better and express the idea of a serious company.

Oh sorry, now that I saw that you're not a webdesigner... For that I must say that you started well... But try to visit some websites of design. Maybe they can help.

It's a good effect to the logos, I just think that would be good when you try to make a new layout.
