This is very different from any garden logo I have seen, which is good! I like the design of the logo for the most part. The twig for the g could use a little tweaking, but still a great concept.
But, can be done better than this, i think u can one more time...
I read the the G as an O especially at a smaller size... some adjustment on that and I think this is a great identity... clever and fresh
but ur readability is suffering like "OGROD" i read it "OOROD".. so thnk abt it.. rest is g8
I love the logo, I think its really unique. Definitly make the ascender of the g more pronounced like others have mentioned and I think this is a good piece.
love the colors too : )
Oh ps- maybe tilt the leaf a little more so it looks more like an accent mark.
or maybe thats the perfect angle... I don't know.. I'm not very familiar with polish accent marks : )
really like it - is this for an English audience or ?
Yep you pretty much hit this one on the head apart from the "g" descender.
It's simple and effective. Just the right amount of detail to make it interesting but not overcomplicate it.
good logo
g8 concept, but not readable :( try something like the attached style. Spread the roots bit more down to make it look like g.
I think you've pretty much nailed it.
though, maybe you can try a variation with the attached style for where the 'og' meet and the 'od' meet as well as the beginning of the descender for the 'g'
I liked it very much
pretty cool
i like the concept very much! nice typography.. good job!
It reads as oorod. The root on the g needs to be more pronounced. I like the colors. There is something slightly uncomfortable about where the r cuts into the o, and the kerning is curious. Keep working. I like the direction.
I really like this, only had I not known the company's name was OGRÓD I would have not known that that G was a G. I would have thought it was oorod. The root is very nice it just doesn't fill the shape of a "g" enough. And I agree with farshad ali, maybe make a variation between where the "og" meet and the "od" meet. Otherwise I like the color, the leef, the overall feel of it. Definitely makes me think gardening business, or at least earthy, nature-based company. Oh and don't forget, when things are put in black and white and sized down for business cards, headers, etc, small things like the smaller root strands are lost or almost unrecognizable. So maybe a way of making the 'g' more pronounced while keeping that root shape would be to make it larger and make those strands thicker.
Nice job.
Although the logo look's pretty good I can't help feel it could be so much more.
I came across this page yesterday and I think it could help you improve this logo.

like where its goin'...for me, that 'g' is not reading though...
ur font selection is good. but then i noticed some things that make this less comfortable to read.
but overall ur starting point to the project seems to be in right direction. thanx
I really like the idea of "garden"
i like the simplicity of the design. you don't see "design" efforts, just the logo, which is good.
I cannot tell the g is a g though. I thought it was an o. But love the r/accent. Maybe keep the typeface descender and just embellish it with roots
I think the type color could be healthier looking. I like the gray tone of the brown, but not sure it sells a garden shop.
Great start!
That turnip it's something of unaesthetic. But all logo it's well balanced. Would work having brown instead of gray?
For a low budget project, this is great. The only thing I would rework is making the G look better. I keep reading it as "oorod". Besides that, you've done an awesome job for your friend.
Also as above; keep reading it as oorod.
I really think you've got to strengthen the branch forming the downward 'g'. Needs more weight to it.
Otherwise, superb! Can't wait to see more work from you!
I like it. Looks there is good concept, but i'll add more green, bigger leaf or something
I think this is a great concept but it's just missing the mark by "that much".
Overall, the choice of typography is great and the visual engagement is right where a logo should be - eye catching but not overpowering.
Two suggestions: 1. Tilt the leaf a little bit more clockwise to more resemble an accent. 2. At first I thought this could use a slight ascender on the "g" to give it some definition, but after looking at it more, I think you need to tweak the descender and curve it a little bit more to resemble a "g". Pronouncing the descender on the "g" a little more will also serve to balance the height of the "d" and the leaf better and create more of a visual harmony.
Otherwise, great work. Keep it up.
It's a nice logo. It's simple yet effective. Fine typography :)
Like most of the comments here, I think the descender of the g should look more clearly like a descender. I like the typeface, but I'm not sure if it's appropriate for a gardening company. It feels much too clean. I also think it can be livelier. The feeling I get when I look at it is the feeling I get when I see a tree in winter - pretty bleak. I think a gardening company would like this logo to have more life and evoke something more like summer or spring.
and I'm expressing my lack of type vocabulary here but the "g" would read more as a "g" if in addition to extending the descender, you also added a vertical square at the top right of the o. I don't know if a) that makes sense and/or b) that will bump up against the vertical square in the "r" but maybe that would be something to try? At any rate, I think this is a very clean, modern looking logo.
nore leafs and change i font color
Everything is perfect except for the G. It is hard to tell it is a G In my opinion. But great job!
great design but it look more like oorod rather than ogrod
remove the light effect of the root, and make look more like a g
