I think the picture of the earth is a good idea but shouldn't be cut off on the sides like it is. The light gray boxes in the middle don't go with the site. Try and darken them up a bit. Great start, keep refining.

the nav is really small cuz of the two images its like a sandwich really just u may decrease the size of the bottom one or darker the top globe work the colors of it

change the header globe image to better globe image.

sory fot my rating but IMO it's not something that can kick asses... photos cuted with "feather" effect doesn't look good here... the one in header is cutted wrong - you have more this "glow" on left than on right, can you see this?

Anyway, menu is quite ok.

Back to these three gray blocks... them just not fit to anything...

The colors work well, but I'd put more emphasis on the nav by changing the color. Currently, the nav links blend in with everything else making it difficult for the user to find his/her way around the site.

I like the photo used in the center - the color match with the rest of the design. However, the text doesn't quite fit. The text should either overlap more or make a clear separation. I think I'd like the center to feature the picture across the full width and overlay the text.

Since the hyperlinks use a similar color to the headings, I would use an underline to differentiate the links or another color.

I like the 3 container boxes, but the center silhouette could be improved. It's hard to tell what it is.
