in the main banner its better to have 2paras and register btn instead of 3..
not getting idea for current headstart event why u need register now over there as well..
all in all good work just need little clean up...

Like Nate said, it is very organized and has everything in its place.
What I don't like is the use of generic icons in this design as well as your other designs.. besides that, I think you really know your stuff.

I'm keen on the slide presentation.
The slightly brighter blue in 'current headstart event' box gets my attention
The organisation of content on the homepage is good but it is slightly text heavy. If you could somehow increase the spacing in a few key areas I don't think it would be a problem.
