I am assuming that the green object is a leaf. If so, I like the logo. I would add some sort of tagline to explain the meaning behind the green leaf. Such as, "Helping business grow" or something to that extent.

Kacamba is a common word in portuguese and it's always an exclamation. If this is the intention, perhaps you could try to make it more informal and spontaneous by changing the font type or adding an exclamation point.
I really like the font you chose, but it doesn't seem to match the purpose. However, if this is not directed to the Brazilian, Portuguese or any other portuguese speaking market, please ignore my comment :)

the k in the leaf looks out of place and the font doesn't do it for me, I think it's too space age, looks like a DJ's font.
I would use Miso

and create the k as the leaf

What does karamba means? Maybe make the leaf more square to make the 'k' looks better aigned?

I am assuming with the font selection that this is a very modern company ? If not, then you might want to consider changing it. I like the leaf, but I associate it with environmental friendliness, or some kind of herbal tea company. Maybe you could do something to make it look a little more corporate or business-oriented?
All of that aside, I like it : )
