I'd vote to stick to either sans serif or serif. While the logo looks good in serif, I'd go with sans for the website.
I'd also say to make the whole address a link with on-hover underline to set it aside as hyperlink, and take out the 'view map.'
Not sure how well placed the 'Learn More' is on the main image. Consider the bottom left corner, perhaps.
Other than that, looks sharp!
I like what you have here so far. The colors, textures and layout all work well together. I would move the right column box up, so it matches the top of the left column heading. Also, on the inner page where you have an arrow point down to what page you are on, make that smaller. Good work here, job well done!
Looks great. To pick on something, I'd say that I think it could use some more details, maybe a soft gradient here and there. Still, it's a solid design with good layout. Easy to navigate.
for sure. it was feeling a tad bare. I'm adding more details here and there. Thank you for the review
The layout looks great. The site is very clean and professional.
The only minor changes I'd suggest are an alternative color for the a/v player and a different texture/pattern for the top gradient - it doesn't seem to fit.
How do you plan to treat the sub nav if/when the client requests more pages? I'd assume a site like this may increase in size over time. That's the only drawback to the horizontal nav and sub nav - it looks good, but isn't very flexible.
Thank you for the review. As for the sub nav....... hehe ya you're completely right about expandability.... Maybe I can shrink the font a tad.... not sure yet.... I'm kind of hoping the dont make huge sub menus....
if not I have a solution, it will just have to go 3 levels deep.
Thanks for the review. I think I will be changing the menu to sans serif. easier to read.
