the color scheme works very well and the logo is clear and concise. Well done.

I really love it - the message is clear, the shapes match the meaning of the logo, the colour choice is great - having more colour option before finalising the logo won't hurt I suppose :)

tighten up the kerning you can drive a truck through it, also perhaps see if you can position the tittle of the eye and the grey circle behind it so that the hands can be somewhat more centered. its currently off center and it looks misplaced.

I think that it's simple, quite obvious (what is good) and I think that you had a great time choosing the colors and the typeface.

Love the logo. You really get the message without using to much of the clock. The only thing I would do diffrent is lesser character spacing.

Good work here, you really do have a knack for logos. I think this works really well. The only thing I might say, is that I feel like I have seen this logo before. It doesn't feel incredibly fresh to me. That being said, I wouldn't change anything, it works really well for the purposes!

The only thing that's bothering me is the curve, it doesn't fit the hands. Try to move it up and left and/or make it smaller.

You could also try to decrease the kerning.

I like the abstract clock and the fact that it's off centre actually adds to it, making it slightly more interesting. I do agree with the spacing between the letters being a little stretched, move the letters in closer and there won't be much more room for improvement. Simple and to the point.

If you add a small catch-phrase under the main text (preferably in a different color), it'll add everything!

I like this logo, really, but I would fix little thing here ... I would move clock hand little more closer to each other, so that it would be more similar to "check" symbol ... so not 10:10 but 10:05 :) Also typeface is perfectly choosen!

Maybe try to make the circle's line wider (to make it more noticeale at smaller sizes. Also move it a little to make the hands more centered. Overall its very simple and nice. (Why the time is 10.10?)

2) Try decreasing the horizontal space in text .
