Nice improvement from the previous design! I like the colors and simpleness of the design. Go with your first design but maybe make the tag look like it is wrapping around the banner. You could also use some sort of border on the banner. Nice work!

I could read the type from the small thumbnail, very good. Buttons clearly marked. I wouldn't change a thing!

The design looks great, but I would make the copy line more relevant than 'bring your digital photos to life'...
Something mentioning gifts like 'Give a personal gift this year' or 'givea gift they will treasure'
And give it some immediacy by adding "order by x December and to guarantee arrive for Christmas"

Hey Julio,
I think it sends the message trough, The only thing I would change is add a tiny border to the header picture (you used a border to separate other elements), and just maybe the header is too big. Too much space there.
I like the rest.

All actions on the page are for the same thing. It could help you to change the wording or the color between primary and secondary actions. (i.e. something in addition to "get started")

The header is quite high for an email. The rest looks really good!

Visual is good, just too wide for the logo. In an email campaign, must be observed in sending attachments. Is this picture in the form of an attachment or link?.
If using an attachment, then the image is too large (file size). If the link, layout must be adjusted to screen size, so that when opened, the message can be viewed directly.
