The background dots are way too bright, tone down their opacity so they're not so overpowering.
"Abut" should be spelt "about".
The "We build WebSites..!" font is just strange... use a web-safe font like Arial or Helvetica instead. Also, what's with the "..!" at the end? The capitalization should be either "We build websites." or "We Build Websites".
The blue area in the middle has a strange layout, especially with the way the "Our Services" text is indented. The columns need more padding.
The Recent work and Quick Contact sections look decent. You need more padding at the top and bottom of those sections.
Use this colour for your text instead of black - "#252525" - straight black on a white background can sometimes strain the eyes.
Why are the brackets grey in your logo? It looks really strange... Maybe change them to a blue (like the "scream" text) and then lighten the opacity.
In the footer, use #dbdbdb for the text colour instead of white - easier on the eyes. And remember to lighten the background dots in ALL of your sections.

Color: On the top and the bottom looks like you like the basic pattern (the dots and the color), but in the middle why you put the blue color? and also before and after the middle, why you give a white background too bright (stand out).
About the dots, i like it, i know you give that dots to make your background not flat color...:). Give the white background and the blue in the middle, saturation or the same with the top and the bottom color.

I think it is good, the blue dots and all. Just move the Lorem ipsum under the Contact Us a bit up to align with the other texts.

hey man if this really was your first attempt then i have to hand it to you, you create a very nice beta design. I agree with what most others are saying. stick with this one and i think you can really polish this up a bit.

Thanks Sam, your review has been really helpful :) and you are right, the logo brackets doesn't look really good.. i'll also change the colors for the text on the footer section and all the black texts...
