This one looks very good too. Only I would change the "Isuzu dealers" and "Program promo" texts to red, then all the headlines would be red. And try how it would look, if the search box was moved down, to the same line with the items "community download etc".
I´m not sure about the highlight in the Isuzu-logo...

and the overall look but need to work on corner right link..as its looks bit crowded along with "Satu Indonesia" logo give some spacing over there..

It appears that you are still designing in tables. I would make sure that you make the effort to start designing with standards. If you are unsure what I mean, visit this site, http://htmldog.com/. There are a lot of benefits from coding your site in this way.
Design wise, I think this site works for your purposes. Load time was really long but that is most likely because of my location here in the USA. Good work!

Look really nice man i feel the header is a bit unbalanced, and that yellow is throwing off the rest of your good work. One more thing i think it could use some spacing under the headers (Isuzu Dealers, Program Promo).
might just find a different tone of yellow.

Miro, if the search box the same line with community download it can be long line, i have already the same as your suggestion, but the client didn't want it.
