I think the main box should have more visibility than the smaller ones. My attention is drawn to the bottom first. I should put this on the left part, and highlight it a bit. Also, the plane towards right (that also would give the impression of speed).

I don't know about the plane extending behind the four objects. I would make those objects mor elike tabs below the image. Your dark blues are starting to compete as well. I would use the dark blue color for only the navigation and then choose a light blue highlight for the objects below. Good progress, keep at it!

Get a blue more electric and find another photo background. You can slide the quick quote in center of the page.

I think the airplane bg image is sending the wrong visual info. It looks more like an airport website than an airport-parking website.
I'd change the image with less focus on an airplane and more on parked car/sign... Otherwise it looks cool :)
