Hi Alex, I see four different type effects going on here, as well as color and icon. So with ten different things going on. In return it makes this logo look very busy and divided rather than looking like all the items belong together.
limiting your logo to 2 and max 3 differences will help make this logo less confusing.
So, by maybe keeping one type face, one effects toward a different size and to accent a bit with color will pull this logo together.
I do like how the word shelf extends beyond the second line implying a shelf itself with the type.
Yes. Orange and black goes really well.
I like the concept here but there are a few inconsistencies. I would get rid of the lines above the "e". Make "echo" one font, probably the same font as shelf. Extend the tagline all the way to the f.
I like it better with the lines removed. I wouldn't drop the "Shelf" italisized font...I like that. I would make the "e" have the same font as the rest of the "echo" word. Not sure the fonts you have chose go together though. Keep on playing around.
I didn't really find the Brush Script font matching here. Good colours, but the font kind of ruined it. Try using something a little more sharp, yet still hand-writing? Good work, add some gradient to the first up arrow abouve the E, because it is the only thing in the logo that doesnt have any gradient. Good job.
but not sure of using two different fonts in same logo..
anyway its a nice start i guess
Hi Alex,
Excuse, the automatic numbering put on this post. I would delete and rewrite this entire post as it is worded awkwardly, sorry about that. Yet, I do hope that you get the jist of what I am trying to say. :0)
