      Thanks, that's purposely unfinished... it's just a concept :)

    Menu

I'm not keen on it at all, and at first i didn't even realise that was the menu, i thought it was part of the banner advert.

Thanks. Are you specifically referring to one of the 2 designs there?

Hi sorry Ben, i should of been specific.

I prefer design 1, its very clean but for me the menu doesn't work on both, especially V2.

I would look at changing that, although i do see what you tried with it.

    Deliver the client's message

Posted on Nov 16, 2009 at 11:08 AM

Not sure where your role begins or ends. The tagline does not tell me what management cubed does and neither does your design so far.

I wonder have you done a design with out the big blue file drawer?

Since you are in the conceptual stage. Ask yourself as the designer what is cubed? To me it is not the navigation... which is what you have done.

What other ways can you represent the management cubed?

Now ask yourself, "Why would the target audience care about this?" "What does the target audience want?" How would you as the designer deliver this message of what the audience wants quickly and easily to them.

Maybe work with rough pencil sketches on the answers to these questions.

I feel that you are still flushing out the concept. You may even need to go back to the client and question them more. For always the client has in buried in their answers the seed for the concept.

I hope this helps and does not frustrate you. I cannot rate this for you are still working on it.

    I like number two.

I like the cubed menu stack! Great play off the name. The request a phone call area could be reworded to something like: "We would be happy to contact you via telephone or email to discuss our alternative approach and how it could help you." I would give them a choice of entering a phone number or an email response.

    Navigation isn't working

Posted on Nov 18, 2009 at 8:09 AM

I'm not digging the 3d navigation bar or the color of the nav bar. It looks better now that the bars are straight.

    change the menu

Posted on Nov 20, 2009 at 4:18 AM

Not many would realize that the cube is a menu. And having simple horizontal buttons would make it easier for people to click on the menu as well.

The rest of the template looks good to me.
