First one, so beautiful, right on spot! Only move the words a little closer to each other.

The only thing I would change is maybe make the typeface a little thicker. Other than that great work. I really like it.

I agree with Miro.

I really think the first one is cute. I am not to fond of the second one, it just doesn't have the same effect as the top one. On the second one, maybe if the house was black and the type white, it would feel better.

Don't forget to balance the logo above the words. Either make the whole house pic bigger to fit alignment on the right and left of the words below it, or at least center it above the words.
