The page looks good and I like the photo! Maybe you should photoshop some texture or color on it to make it a little "dirty". A minor thing: change the menu font from bold to regular, feels a bit heavy now.

I like the photo. It does look a bit theatrical, but I think it gives the band personality and draws the viewer's interest.

The pic is really good but needs to be tied into the design more. The design here looks a little too simple though. I would try and go a little bit more towards a grunge look. I also agree with Miro that some kind of texture behind the pic.
