I would get rid of the "IX". I know what you are trying to do, but at first they look like roman numerals or some hidden code. I think you could have some fun with 668 and still keep the simplistic feel you have going on. I would loose the written out "SIXSIX8 Productions" as the 668 is descriptive enough. If you need to keep the written out version than you need to make it bigger and then make "web & graphic designs" smaller. I like the colors you are using but you need to make them more apparent and less subtle. This is a great direction but still needs some work. Good work, keep it up.
I'd try something like have two "6"'s horizontal with the circle part of them on top of each other to create the number "8". Turn one "6" clockwise, turn the other counter clockwise.....think that would be sick.
Looks beautiful! Love how you incorporated roman numerals in the name.
I would try a few different color variations, but keep the same blue and gray.
Try having the 6IX 6IX in gray and the 8 in blue. At first glance I read it as 69698, then I saw the tag.
Or you can try making the 6's the same height as the "IX" and keep the 8 taller.
... is there any significance in the numbers 668?
Oh sting! Zeros....
As a graphic designer, I'm a little unique that I'm good with numbers, so it's a good representation of me. There's a long story there, but I'll leave it at that.
Legibility was always an issue with this design, so it was important for me to add the Actual incorporated title of the company which is SixSix8 Productions. Without that, the logo is definately hard to read!
Surely it is different and I am not sure the end user undestands it.
eager to see more color variations though
Agree with you Miro. btw, you got a really good point about the internet address.
