This looks a LOT better than your previous version. I love the shadows, strokes and gradients you are using here. The gray and blue may be a little dark. I would try and lighten up the gray and blue backgrounds a bit. The search bar looks a little squished. Try and make the height of the bar a little larger to increase the padding around the bar.You have made some great progress here, good work!

This looks very good and I have only one suggestion: try changing the dark grey areas to left and right of the main image blue, use the same blue as you use under the main image.

Looks very good to me. I always like clean designs. But I didn't like the menu; you could give a little more vertical space.

Over all looks fine. But you can change the top menu border colors(5) to some other attractive variants.

Like the clean and organized looking. Recent News stands out nicely. Top menu bar can use a little more height, and maybe match with the blue ribbon color as background color.
